The Coca-Cola Company, renowned for its iconic beverages, sought to tap into the emerging NFT market with its unique initiative: the "Coca-Cola Metaverse Vending Machine." This digital vending machine dispenses not physical sodas, but limited-edition digital collectibles tied to various annual events. The challenge was to create a website that would effectively promote and facilitate this innovative project.

Coca-Cola needed a website that not only showcased the unique nature of the Metaverse Vending Machine project but also provided an intuitive and user-friendly platform for interested collectors. As the concept of NFTs and digital vending machines is still new to many, the website had to explain the project clearly and guide users through the process of acquiring these digital collectibles.

Our team aimed to create a visually captivating, informative, and easy-to-navigate website. The design needed to balance the iconic Coca-Cola branding with a fresh, modern look that reflected the innovative nature of the project.

The objective was to create a website that effectively promotes the "Coca-Cola Metaverse Vending Machine" project and guides users through the process of acquiring the digital collectibles. The primary stakeholders were Coca-Cola and the potential NFT collectors.

Research & Analysis.

We conducted 11 interviews with a mix of potential users, ranging from seasoned NFT collectors to those new to the concept. We also studied similar NFT-related projects and platforms to understand current best practices in the field.

Design.

Design.

Drawing on our research, we designed a website that combines Coca-Cola's iconic branding with futuristic elements reflecting the digital nature of the project. We implemented a step-by-step guide to assist users in the process of obtaining the digital collectibles. The website was designed to be engaging, with vivid imagery, interactive elements, and clear, easy-to-understand information about the project. This project required designing 20 unique screens.

Testing.

Testing.

We ran usability tests with a group of 20 testers, consisting of potential users with varying levels of NFT experience. We iterated the design based on their feedback until we achieved a satisfactory System Usability Scale (SUS) score.
