Searchmetrics is a well-established SEO company that empowers enterprises to generate more revenue from search activities. Recognizing the need to refresh their brand image to align with modern aesthetics, they planned to revamp their corporate identity, which included a redesign of their website.
While Searchmetrics had a solid reputation and customer base, their existing brand identity and website design felt dated. This outdated look was seen as a potential hindrance to attracting new customers and resonating with the contemporary aesthetics favored by digital professionals.
Our goal was to create a new brand identity for Searchmetrics that reflected modern design trends while still maintaining the company's core values and professional ethos. This new identity would then be applied to the website, ensuring that the platform was both visually appealing and user-friendly.

The objective was to modernize Searchmetrics' brand identity and redesign their website accordingly. The primary stakeholders were the Searchmetrics team and their client base of enterprises seeking SEO solutions.
We conducted 15 interviews with existing clients, potential clients, and Searchmetrics employees to gather insights about the brand perception and expectations for a modern SEO solution provider. Additionally, we analyzed current trends in web and brand design, particularly within the SEO and digital marketing industries.

Based on our research, we created a modern, fresh brand identity for Searchmetrics, which was then applied to the website design. We opted for a clean, intuitive layout and incorporated elements that reflect the innovative nature of the SEO industry. The website's design was focused on guiding visitors smoothly through the platform, showcasing the company's services, and demonstrating their industry expertise. This project involved designing 25 unique screens.

Following the redesign, we conducted usability tests with 20 testers from a diverse mix of enterprises and digital professionals. The feedback was incorporated into further design iterations until we achieved a high System Usability Scale (SUS) score.
